Screenfeed Social Feeds - Authorizing

DSID has partnered with Screenfeed for the delivery of social media integration feeds, including Facebook and Instagram.

To authorize and activate your feeds, following these steps:

1. Create a username and password using the link provided by DSID. Contact our Support Team if you have not received this link.
2. Login to your account via https://account.screenfeed.com

3. Click the Configure Feeds tile.

   

4. Click Edit for the feed you wish to authorize.

   

5. Click Add or Refresh Facebook/Instagram.

   

6. If you are already logged in to the relevant social media platform, the authorization will be automatic. If you are not logged in, you will be prompted for the relevant credentials.

7. If you manage multiple pages, you will need to indicate which pages to include in the feed.

   

8. Once authorized, you can customize the style of the feed and preview how posts will appear.

   

9. The date range, number of posts, and duration of posts can also be adjusted. DSID recommends 5 posts at 8 seconds per post.

   

10. Make sure to click Update Feed to save any changes.
11. On your very first authorization of a feed, make sure to notify our Support Team that your feed has been authorized. You will only need to notify us once. Thereafter, any adjustments you make will reflect straight to your DSID presentation.
