Reset/Reboot Device

If you need to reset the BrightSign device, you can do so in one of two ways:

Remote reboot via LoopOS

  1. Login to your LoopOS account.
  2. Navigate to the Locations tab.
  3. Click on the Options icon at the top right of the Location in question.
  4. Select 'Reboot'.

If your Location is indicated as OFFLINE, you will need to perform an onsite reset (see below).

Press Reset button on device (must be onsite)

  1. Locate the BrightSign device.
  2. Press the 'Reset' button on the front/back of the device (location of button varies by model).
