Reset/Reboot Device
If you need to reset the BrightSign device, you can do so in one of two ways:
Remote reboot via LoopOS
- Login to your LoopOS account.
- Navigate to the Locations tab.
- Click on the Options icon at the top right of the Location in question.
- Select 'Reboot'.
If your Location is indicated as OFFLINE, you will need to perform an onsite reset (see below).
Press Reset button on device (must be onsite)
- Locate the BrightSign device.
- Press the 'Reset' button on the front/back of the device (location of button varies by model).
