Firewall Permissions

If your device is setup behind a network firewall, please correspond with your IT manager to ensure the following domains are whitelisted (permitted):

DSID also integrates with 3rd party platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Google, and Snappic. While most of those platforms are likely already permitted, it's a good idea to check with your IT.

A clear indicator of LoopOS being blocked by a firewall is if you see a Network Error message. If your device is online but you are seeing this error message, then a firewall is preventing a connection with DSID's servers. Once the above domains are permitted, LoopOS should load correctly.
