Branded Layouts
A branded layout allows you to ensure your brand identity is visible at all times in your signage presentation. Having your practice logo and name featured on every in-office screen generates a leading-edge impression.
Both landscape and portrait orientations are compatible with a branded layout.
Request a Design
You can request a branded layout be created for you. Simply login to your LoopOS account, navigate to the Request tab, then select Branded Layout. Complete and submit the form and your layout design will be completed within 3-5 business days.
In order for your branded layout to look its best, if we do not already have it, make sure we receive a high resolution version of your logo, ideally in a raw file format (Photoshop or Illustrator).
Our designers will make sure to create a layout that is cohesive and reflective of your brand identity. Once approved, it will be uploaded to your account. Be sure to communicate any specific ideas or references when submitting the form. A minimum of 1 credit is needed to cover the design request. Please note, further revisions beyond the initial version may require additional credits.

PLEASE NOTE: A branded layout results in a portion of the screen displaying the exact same image for an extended period of time. When using consumer-grade TVs, this image retention may result in something called burn-in, where the image can be faintly visible even when viewing something else. Plasma and LCD screens are more susceptible than LED screens, but all have the potential to suffer from burn-in. It generally takes over 1-2 years for signs of burn-in to occur. However, the make, model, and age of your TV, as well as the number of daily hours image retention occurs all play a role. Many newer TVs are equipped with anti burn-in technology. If you have concerns about burn-in, please contact Support.
