Error Message - 502 Bad Gateway

The 502 Bad Gateway error is means that one server on the internet
received an invalid response from another server. As DSID integrates with 3rd party platforms such as Google and Facebook, the servers of these platforms and others do sometimes experience this issue.

If you were browsing a website on your desktop, you could simply click refresh, and the issue would likely resolve. In the case of LoopOS, you will need to reset the hardware device.

If after resetting the hardware device the 502 error message persists, please contact Support.
