Adding Specific Content to Your Loop

If you're looking to add specific DSID content that you may have read or heard about in something like a newsletter or social post, the process is easy:

1. Login to your account at https://loop.dsid.com
2. Navigate to the Browse tab in the left hand side Nav Menu.
3. Using the search bar, type the title or keyword of the content you're looking for (eg. "Nature's Beauty").
4. Select the content you're looking for and click + Add to Lineup (take note of the content Category).
5. Navigate to the Lineup tab in the left hand side Nav Menu. Select the Category which your selected content pertains to and confirm it is there.
6. Navigate to the Loops tabs.
7. Click the Update button at the top center of the screen.
8. Examine your Loop to ensure it contains at least one playlist of the Category to which your content pertains (eg. Infotainment).
9. If the Loop does not contain the playlist category, edit your custom Loop and add one or more playlists for that Category, OR select a Loop Template that does contain that Category. Save your changes.
10. Click the Update button at the top center of the screen to ensure all changes are implemented.
